  • Bank Holidays each incur a £3.00 additional charge on top of the daily rate.
  • Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day each incur a £4.00       additional charge on top of the daily rate.

  • Holidays are all inclusive, accomodation, food, bedding is all included, everything will be set up and ready, you only need to transport your pets to the hotel!
  • To request a luxury double suite during peak busy times (£19.50 a day) add a note in the special requests section in the online booking system or email us.
  • Extra charges - Should your pet become unwell during their stay, and their care takes significantly longer than expected, this could be due to vet visits, extra care, observation and syringe feeding which may be required for example because of gut stasis or, extra special care to aid recovery after a veterinary procedure, or if your pet arrives with a matted coat we may need to add additional charges.  Please read our Terms & Conditions.

Rabbit Vaccinations

When making your booking please email us a clear photo of each rabbits
vaccine card so we can advise you if
any action needs to be taken prior to boarding.
Rabbits must be vaccinated, to protect against three viruses: 
Myxomatosis, RHD1 and RHD2
